Pipedrive vs Streak: What are the differences?
## Introduction
Pipedrive and Streak are both popular CRM software that offer various features to help businesses manage their sales processes effectively.
1. **User Interface**: Pipedrive has a simplistic and user-friendly interface with drag-and-drop functionality, making it easier for users to navigate and customize their sales pipelines. In contrast, Streak integrates seamlessly with Gmail, providing users with a familiar interface within their inbox to manage sales activities.
2. **Integration**: Pipedrive offers extensive integrations with third-party applications such as Zapier and Slack, allowing users to connect their CRM with other tools they use daily. On the other hand, Streak focuses more on integrations with Google Workspace applications, providing deep integration with Gmail and Google Sheets.
3. **Automation**: Pipedrive provides robust automation capabilities through its workflow automation feature, enabling users to automate repetitive tasks and streamline their sales processes. In comparison, Streak offers a more lightweight automation functionality, primarily focusing on email scheduling and follow-ups.
4. **Reporting**: Pipedrive offers advanced reporting and analytics tools that provide in-depth insights into sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts. Streak, on the other hand, offers basic reporting features, focusing more on email tracking and pipeline visibility.
5. **Mobile App**: Pipedrive offers a mobile app for both iOS and Android devices, allowing users to access their CRM data on the go and stay productive while outside the office. In contrast, Streak currently does not have a dedicated mobile app, limiting its accessibility for users who prefer working from their mobile devices.
6. **Customization**: Pipedrive allows users to customize their CRM extensively by adding custom fields, tags, and pipelines to align with their unique sales process. Streak, on the other hand, offers limited customization options, primarily focusing on preset pipeline stages and fields.
In Summary, Pipedrive and Streak differ in terms of user interface, integration capabilities, automation, reporting, mobile app availability, and customization options.
Hi all, I need one good online CRM which can integrate with many sales channels: - online store - social media - traditional sales - reservation system - services In the example, I need to see that customer spent: 10K in online store, divided 5k from insta store, 5k direct through the store 2k in traditional store (can be updated manually) 1k through the reservation system 0,5k through services paid I worked on Streak mainly, but I cannot see how most of this process can be automated.
Hello
It looks like Pipedrive may be a good system for you. It wouldn’t be a problem to create specific custom fields for different revenue sources.
In terms of automation more important would be to know how integratable are these systems that you want to connect.
With good API and some pretty good third party connector software it may all be done and working within Pipedrive.
If you will have any other concerns, you can hit me up with more specific question. I’ll try to help.
Cheers, Kris
