Cierge vs OAuth2: What are the differences?
Cierge: Easy magic-link authentication. Cierge is an open source authentication server (OIDC) that handles user signup, login, profiles, managerment, and more. Instead of storing passwords, Cirege uses magic links/codes and external logins to authenticate your users; OAuth2: An open standard for access delegation. It is an authorization framework that enables a third-party application to obtain limited access to an HTTP service, either on behalf of a resource owner by orchestrating an approval interaction between the resource owner and the HTTP service, or by allowing the third-party application to obtain access on its own behalf.
Cierge and OAuth2 can be categorized as "User Management and Authentication" tools.
Cierge is an open source tool with 1.22K GitHub stars and 61 GitHub forks. Here's a link to Cierge's open source repository on GitHub.
