Hi, I have an old web app written in HTML and JavaScript and hosted at Microsoft IIS. But due to some restrictions on the production environment, we can not enable IIS. I tried to create an Owin app and hosted it in a desktop service and everything is working fine. But I am not aware of the Pros and Cons of using OWIN app and hosting in windows service. Can anyone please tell me the Pros and Cons of using OWIN interface and windows service and also if there are any other alternatives available and why should I go for that alternative?
