Hi everyone, I'm a small business owner and I would like to know in terms of pricing and setting up which of these apps would be better. I'm currently using Shopify store and if I compare the price, ManyChat is around $15 for 1000 contact but Tidio price is $39 for unlimited chatbot yet i couldnt make decision which chatbot should i use and if you have use this both, would you give me some opinion so i can make better choice. thank you in advance.
As all great answers start. It depends. 🙂 ManyChat is best described as a multi-channel marketing automation tool, and Tidlio as a multi-channel customer service software. Both have multi-channel integrations but ManyChat shines in Messenger, and Tidlio shines with website chat automation.
Both tools have do have overlap and will likely achieve what you want, but the answer will be dependent on what you're mostly focused on.
If customer service is the focus with most traffic coming from the website - Out of the two, Tidlio. If messenger marketing is the focus - Out of the two, ManyChat
