I use sublime text mostly for huge code bases. It is the fastest editor. It doesn't know your code as good as phpstorm (code completion wise) but it is extremely fast for searching and editing files, even if a file has >10k of lines.

I use vim mostly when I am working via ssh, this is not my main editor but I like to work with it anyways. Vim
